The building is designed in an elongated structure. The five-storey office part is orientated towards crossroad, one-and two-storey factory part connects to the existing storage part. The exterior materials leads to this part of town location, as well as in the same quarter in accordance with a detailed plan of perspective for office and industrial objects.
