The factory "Lelija" was established in 1947. The conversion is based on the renovation of old two-storey building, also new projects of eight-storey office building with shopping center and five-storey office building for factory administration. Additionally designed underground and above-ground parking lots. The authentic square is left as an exclusive space in Naujamiestis district.
